Worst travel agent ever experience. Booked my flight with them and got a reschedule notification days before travel. The Beneplace team went out of their way NOT TO HELP. The lines took forever to be picked up and when they did, you encountered the rudest disinterested customer service agents out there. One went on coughing in my ear for minutes and when done she proceeded to speak Hindu to me and pretended not to hear me and just hang up.
I needed to rebook my flight and their response was “go look for an alternative yourself and we can see if we will rebook it!!!!!” What is that!!! Why are you an agent then in the first place!!!
I eventually never got help and I had to find alternatives on my own. They NEVER responded to emails but when requesting for a new booking they are quick to respond and take your money!!!
Epitome of fraudsters!!! If you want to pay for stress and useless service, you are right at home. Would not recommend this company
