Worst travel agent ever experience. Booked my flight with them and got a reschedule notification days before travel. The Beneplace team went out of their way NOT TO HELP. The lines took forever to be picked up and when they did, you encountered the rudest disinterested customer service agents out there. One went on coughing in my ear for minutes and when done she proceeded to speak Hindu to me and pretended not to hear me and just hang up.
I needed to rebook my flight and their response was “go look for an alternative yourself and we can see if we will rebook it!!!!!” What is that!!! Why are you an agent then in the first place!!!
I eventually never got help and I had to find alternatives on my own. They NEVER responded to emails but when requesting for a new booking they are quick to respond and take your money!!!
Epitome of fraudsters!!! If you want to pay for stress and useless service, you are right at home. Would not recommend this company

While using the app has been generally positive, I encountered a SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM that led me to rate it one star: the pricing is INCORRECT and isn't displayed in USD until the final step of the order process. I believe there is a mistake with the currency since the ticket price in Canadian dollars on another platform matches what your app shows (without indicating it's in USD). I realized this too late to cancel after submitting my order. I was charged $341 CAD (converted from $246 USD) instead of just $246 CAD, which is the price on other sites. I contacted customer support immediately, and my reference number is (CARE-7073700) 117404443. It's not that I no longer want the tickets; it's about being charged the wrong amount. Given the similar values, I strongly believe this is a glitch in your system.

To complicate things further, I encountered a system error about a booking mismatch that made me empty my cart, re-add items, and try checking out again. The item was identical, and I confirmed this with screenshots. While the pricing was reasonable and adding items to the cart was straightforward, the entire checkout experience was truly infuriating. This process drastically diminished what could have been a 4/5 experience.

However, they actually expire a year from purchase, which misled me into thinking the vouchers would last just as long. I feel cheated out of $30 for the three tickets since the vouchers expire in less than two weeks. The purchasing process went smoothly, but I quickly realized I had been misled. It's frustrating when expectations are not met, and clarity on expiration dates is crucial.
