If I could rate this a zero I would. Beneva is the worst company ever. Our group insurance for a schoolboard in Quebec is with this horrible company. They don't send your insurance card out. I called to get my certificate number, and they gave me a wrong number after waiting on hold for 3 hours. Couldn't get my medication. A collogue who has a daughter with diabetes....same thing. Couldn't get her medication, with an astronomical price she couldn't afford to pay for it up front. Didn't receive a card. Couldn't get through to them. They are a disaster.It's like they are a barebones operation, but charge an outrageous amount. I pay $6,500 year....it's crazy.
