My mom is in critical condition in Mexico and this insurance company has delayed her travel home putting her at significant risk. Even with the help our Neurosurgeon in Canada this insurance company still not approving her travel back home. Please do not rely on them for travel insurance. They are incapable of communicating with the facility in Mexico and our family has had to facilitate the communication for the insurance company creating significant stress and time delays for my mom treatment.

I received a quote from Mr Wong for 2 cars with a price of 129,17 $ /mth and the next day I decided to activate the policy , another rep took over the file, and the rate went up to over 200$/mth. Beneva is dishonest . I suggst they honor the price and learn the laws (legis quebec) Article 219 and 224 .Aucun commerçant, fabricant ou publicitaire ne peut, par quelque moyen que ce soit, faire une représentation fausse ou trompeuse à un client et c) exiger pour un bien ou un service un prix supérieur à celui qui est annoncé.

Worst Customer Service I ever encounter…

Worst Customer Service I ever encounter in my whole life, my car been in the shop for repair since October and it’s not been fixed properly. I contacted Beneva over 12 times left seven voice messages sent an email to customer service and I have no return on any of that yet.

Their towing service is horrible!

I waited 3 hours in minus 30 degrees for their towing truck to arrive but nobody showed up! I'm very disappointed.

Our company Videotron cares more about…

Our company Videotron cares more about profit than the people who work for them. When Videotron purchased Freedom they switched our company benefits from Sunlife which was 100% to Beneva 80% horrible customer service All to save money. Now you know why why you get poor service from Freedom.

This company is a fraud a real scam not only they refuse to honor their contracts but they hire group Ouellete who is a bs company that hires a dishonest lying inspector called Mario Laroche and with that they lie about your car stolen to deny your claim thanks to sylvie Noel for being a the biggest lying agent in the world this company should have its licence removed but financial de marcher does nothing to fix it so as a victim of a car thief I lost everything due to a a company that doesn’t honor its agreements and makes up lies even with proof they refuse stay very far from them tell everyone to cancel and look elsewhere this company is a fraud plain and simple

Only an insurance company can tell to a disabled person that a training prosthesis isn't medically necessary to improve their health. So much for compassion. They will say that It's because of your employer fault and anyone then themselves. Shitty cie

Get call and they hang up

Was with them and the prime keep going up every year now i left and i keep getting call from them and when i pick up no 1 talk and hang up i check the phone and is beneva not a scam. They keep calling me and hanging up
