The most careless property agent in the local area. They acted as my rent collection agent for a rental property. They attempted to charge me an 8% fee while expecting me to collect rent from the tenant myself. They tried to sneak these terms into the agreement without informing me; had I not been careful in reviewing every detail, I would have been misled. As the deposit holder, they repeatedly failed to address issues raised, leaving me to manage all inquiries and paperwork on my own. They put on a friendly face to attract clients but once engaged, they do everything to avoid their duties. If you ask for proof of their actions, they respond dismissively. When issues arise, they claim it's solely your problem, never taking responsibility for their mistakes. They appear to think clients have no other options for property services in the area, leading to a lack of professionalism. They are the worst property agent I have encountered, seemingly only interested in taking advantage of clients. If you're looking to let or rent a property, make sure to avoid this agency.
