The most careless property agent in the area. They acted as my rent collection agent for a rental property. They attempted to impose an 8% fee while expecting me to collect rent from the tenant myself. They tried to include these terms in the agreement without my knowledge; had I not been diligent in reviewing every detail, I would have been misled. As the holder of the deposit, they repeatedly failed to address issues raised, leaving me to handle all inquiries and documentation independently. They present a friendly demeanor to attract clients, but once engaged, they do everything they can to shirk their responsibilities. If you request proof of their actions on your behalf, they respond dismissively. When problems arise, they claim it's solely your issue, never taking responsibility for their oversights. They seem to believe that clients have no choice but to rely on them for property services in the area, which leads to a lack of concern for delivering a professional experience. They are the worst property agent I have encountered, seemingly only interested in exploiting clients. If you're looking to let or rent in the area, be sure to avoid this agency.
