This service failed to connect with its customers. I made an error in my booking, which I promptly communicated via email. What followed was a frustrating exchange of 15 emails. I felt increasingly annoyed and apologized, but they claimed I was rude. I don’t believe I was. When we finally reached our destination, we waited two hours to get to our hotel due to a lack of services. I recommend booking with a company that values its customers instead. We should have used a rideshare service, which would have been cheaper and more efficient. Their emergency number was unhelpful, showing no concern for our situation.
