We received an email exactly 24 hours prior to our departure with the pick-up time for the next day. The minibus arrived on time for our drop-off at the airport. The staff were professional and friendly. I wouldn't choose any other service for transfers in the future.

When we finally reached our destination, we waited two hours to get to our hotel due to a lack of services. I recommend booking with a company that values its customers instead. We should have used a rideshare service, which would have been cheaper and more efficient. Their emergency number was unhelpful, showing no concern for our situation.
I traveled to Benidorm using 'special assistance.' The transfer from the airport to my hotel was smooth, with a pleasant driver. However, the return trip was a nightmare. A hotel guest tried to help, but it was a dangerous situation with steep, wet steps. When I mentioned the drop-off issue, the driver insisted he didn't speak English. His lack of assistance with my luggage was unacceptable.
