My girlfriend booked a meal at their Covent Garden restaurant for 18th November and was promised when booking a gbp50 voucher as it was her birthday. We gave 60 days notice as requested. Today she phoned to see why email voucher was not received.We were disgusted by their reply that no voucher was to be sent.We have cancelled as I view this as a scam and they have lost our custom.
