I have had my motorcycles insured at Bennetts for several years. The cost this year came through on renewal at an astounding £3200! Last year it was £680. I could easily find renewals elsewhere at the lower figure. I contacted Bennetts and after two attempts with two different agents (the second one, Rachael, had a good knowledge and was very helpful) I actually reinsured with them at a figure of £790 (inc recovery). Beware the renewal quote and agents with little interest or knowledge. Looks like the AI driven future in this industry may prove to be quite frustrating,
