I wasn’t on their passenger list when I arrived for the bus, which immediately caused confusion. The bus left late, and after just two hours on the road, the driver took a full thirty-minute break for a sit-down dinner. There were only a handful of passengers, maybe 12, a quick toilet break would have done. After driving for about an hour following that break, he stopped again due to an accident on the road and spent around fifty minutes standing outside vaping in the sun while on his phone. No updates or explanations were provided at any stage, leaving passengers completely unclear about what was happening.I was then swapped to another bus to complete the journey, which took approximately eight hours overall. The bus itself was freezing cold.Overall, a truly dismal service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
