I needed to postpone an automatic shipment and contacted them via the website. I got a email response within minutes telling me when it was scheduled. I asked for a later shipment date via email and got a response in a couple minutes with confirmation of the new date. Very pleasant email too. In addition, buying directly from the company is a lot cheaper than from Amazon.
