Our family has been using this pharmacy for quite a few years with no issues. However, the new pharmacist is brilliant, we've been in a few times with minor illnesses and she has sorted quickly. Also, a prescription issue for my daughter, was sorted very quickly between the pharmacy and my GP. I would definitely recommend.

My partner suffers from severe asthma, and his prescription was suspended without notice. When I contacted the pharmacy for an emergency inhaler, they couldn’t provide one, but the pharmacist took the initiative to speak with the doctor, resulting in an emergency prescription and appointment. I’m extremely grateful for their help!
I purchased two items at the hospital today but was not offered a receipt. I thought the prices were high and later discovered I was overcharged by more than five pounds! I raised this with the staff, who refunded me but offered no apology or explanation. I have my thoughts on this!
The pharmacist I consulted today was exceptional (I regret not catching her name). I woke up with severe throat pain, and it turned out to be tonsillitis. The pharmacist prescribed antibiotics and was very thorough and caring, explaining everything clearly and monitoring my condition. I called the pharmacy at 10 am, and she managed to book me in for 10:30 the same day. I’m very satisfied with this service.
