My son ordered a mattress and was told when Bensons were going to deliver it, he took the day off work and the lorry turned up but no mattress!!! It hadn’t even been put on the lorry! Many people are NOT doing their job!! He now has to wait a further 6 days before it can be delivered, can’t believe they did not even offer a discount - this was entirely their fault!!
