Azad made our experience an unforgettable one. Not only is he very handsome young man, but also patient, knowledgeable, helpful, communicate on a level with my teenage son and managed to get him to buy a bed and frame. Every question that was hit at him he managed to answer and also demonstrate. I deteste coming to these places but it's the only option if you want to try what you buy instead of the online method which has failed me on so many levels for quality. Azad was not pushy and approached at the right time. He selected many options from cheap to expensive and managed to find a middle ground. When you are in these stores you need to be there the minimum 1 hour and we exceeded this to find the comfort we needed. Only downfall which put me off was the delivery £69 and the 10% discount ends up the price for the delivery. No incentive for the price you pay with a free pillow or something. But nothing is for free these days. It's all incorporated in the price. Very happy with the service. I would recommend Azad. He helped me to digest the delivery otherwise I would have gone somewhere else that would include free delivery. I didn't need the QR code I was going to give him a review in my mind already. When great customer service is given you want to do so without been prompted to do so
