I have had a bed delivered from benson. It’s been such a bad experience.
The delivery men rang and said they didn’t have tools and couldn’t build it and would just leave the stuff.
Then when I rang benson they said they did have the tools.
They arrived at 3 and said they had bought their own tools and it would take half an hour to build. I told them I needed to leave for an apt at 4. I asked them to finish and close the door but they couldn’t and they would have to leave if I left. Then I’ve had someone from the delivery company BJS call and say they don’t have the tools and they will come back tomorrow. Then they said it will only take another 5 minutes to finish and they will call me back. No one called me back. The delivery men spoke the whole time on the phone - mentioning me they weren’t speaking English so didn’t know what they were saying about me.
At one point one of the men came in and shoved his phone at me and said charge it. They said they were finished and left and the bed was in the middle of the room. I ran out and got them back they moved the bed slightly . Bur the bed is still not flush against the wall and is at an angle. They left loads of rubbish behind. The whole experience was awful. They made me feel really uncomfortable in my own home. I would never use benson again.
