The service received by Benuta has been pitiful from the beginning to the end. I bought a carpet at the beginning of November and I did not received it until the end of December. Almost 2 months from Germany to the Netherlands.When I finally got the package, the colour didn´t have anything to do with the description or the pictures on the website. I bought a light pink carpet and I received a mauve one. So I had to return it because it looked terrible with my pink furniture and curtains.I returned the carpet on the 2nd of January. After one month waiting and NO REPLIES at all from Benuta to any of my many e-mails and contact forms, I told them that I would take legal actions. Just the day after, they replied for the very first time to my messages and said that they had started the refund process. The following day, my money was returned to my account.In general, I do not recommend buying from this company. The customer service is terrible, they sent me a carpet that didn´t look like on the pictures and for a moment I even thought that they would never return my money.
