DHL driver very nice and courteous, and I would order from this Company again for sure.

Lost confidence in delivery

I ordered a rug from Benuta on January 4th. The order was shipped, but since January 8th there has been no update at all from the delivery company.I contacted Benuta via their ticket system, and they replied saying they would check with the courier. That was days ago. Still no update, no delivery date, nothing.At this point, I have completely lost confidence that this order will ever be delivered. Due to the lack of transparency and progress, I want to cancel my order.

Scam, they don't ship your order

They don't ship your order. Customer service is horrible this is basically a scam. Money gone and no product. Good luck getting your money back from this company.

Money gone, horrible communication

Money gone, no delivery. Communication ZERO, there is no number to call, only a help - mail where nobody is willing to help you. Keep getting automated emails about my refund but there is no refund. Order got canceled with no explanation. Really regret buying here. Checked the reviews, checked the company, everything looked legit but the only thing that's left is a mailbox full of angry messages.. DONT BUY HERE

Late Delivery - Expensive Return

The delivery took way longer than initially estimated. The color of the rug was more blue-ish than green-ish. Returning the rug is too expensive - more than 15% of the rug cost! I'd never buy from them again as it's too expensive to return the product.
