UPDATE: After being contacted by Benuta I've got a satisfying answer to my question. My issue got resolved and Benuta gave me a nice extra. -Indeed one star is even too much for them. Product, delivery were fine. However, if you need to contact them for some reasons(refund, problem with the product, questions), it's going to be a huge problem.They have only one German phone number. 9 out of 10, will be occupied. If you are bit lucky someone will pick up the phone but there is a HUGE language barrier so you will realise that's useless. I think they can help you only in German.If you want to email them, you should contact them only via their contact form.You might get an answer from them in 3-4days but the answer will be very short and not sufficient which invites you to email them back with more questions.Since then, you will never hear from them. So you will be in infinite loop and never get sufficient answers on your question ever again.
