The rug itself is beautiful, but the delivery was a catastrophe! The tracking number provided only tracked the shipment until it was delivered to the Spedition in the NL - not the delivery to my home. I only found this out after waiting all day for the delivery! Over the phone, I was then guaranteed that the Spedition would contact me to arrange delivery via email or phone. This was very important to me because I travel a lot for work and am gone days at a time. When I hadn’t heard anything from the 3 business days later I call Benuta again only to be told that the rug had been delivered three days earlier. They couldn’t tell me where it was ( front door, neighbors, etc), only that it had been delivered. When I arrived back from my trip two days later I found it at the side of the house, under an overhang. The weather had been very rainy and the box was wet, but thankfully the rug had been wrapped in two plastic bags, so it was not damaged. Not so great for the environment, but it saved the expensive wool rug. That same day I did finally receive an email from customer service as to where the rug had been delivered - a bit late in my opinion. The customer service agents were all very helpful, or as helpful as they could be given the lack of communication between them and the Spedition.
