Please do not buy your rug here. The package was right on time, although the packaging was damaged I was happy with the quick service.After opening the package my happiness abruptly came to an end. The product is nothing like the images show.It is literally a very cheap rug with the image of another rug printed on! I ordered a woven cabled 'Jute' rug. The cables are poorly printed on on top of a very cheap rug. Immediately filed for a return - I have been delivered a completely different product than was sold to me in the webshop. Quickly found out that returns are a part of the business model of Benuta. You have to pay for the return, after which they charge you an extra fee for handling the return - which is 20% of my purchase price.This is an absolute scam.——addendum 11.08——Stop with the fake customer service.Send pictures how, to where, and why?You didn’t provide an email address to contact, nor an email address of your “complaints department”.You’re just replying here so it seems like you are providing “customer service”.It is a falsely advertised product - this is not a cabled jute rug, it’s just not.PS Who has a printer these days?!
