I found the site very nice and the rugs of good quality/price ratio. Order came quick. When contacting the costumer care they answered promptly and solved my problem. I have only one caveat with benuta, that is, they require you to pay a return and given that a rug can very often be a mismatch I find it uncomfortable that I have to pay each return. Given the prices they could include this return in the price.
