I bought two carpets and they both were a major disappointment. The Wool Rug Shape Cream Size 160x230 cm suddenly has lost some of its "fibers" and now has a very visible hole in it. Inspecting them, it seems that they had glue at the bottom and the glue no longer kept them attached. Now I have a carpet with a hole. I bought it a year ago so Benuta says it's too late to complain now. This is certainly not the quality that one would expect from their products and I'm shocked and disappointed. It is also extremely inconvenient because this carpet was perfect in terms of color and size for the space and it is very annoying that now I need to find a new one.Separately, the Rug Eve Cream/Beige Size 200x290 cm came folded multiple times inside of a box instead of being rolled up, which caused some permanent deformities that never went away. Initially I didn't return it because A) I thought the deformities would go away, as they suggest, and B) because I was trying to be climate-sensitive and avoid unnecessary returns. When I brought it up (one year later), it was too late too.Result: I'm now left with a permanently deformed rug and another rug with a hole. And surely more holes to come.If Benuta's score on Trustpilot is not lower it's for one reason: people seem to mostly judge "fast delivery" ... not the actual quality of products or how long they last, which is crucial in a carpet.
