I won a little over £2500 and have tried to withdraw it multiple times and every time they put the amount i was trying to withdraw back into my betting account. I was asked to send in documents which I have sent via email but got no response. I then chased it up on live chat and they verified my account as soon as I went to withdraw money again they put my account back into pending verification again and pit the money back into the betting account. I have today asked why I live chat and they wouldnt answer why and just kept looping the conversation without any real answer other than send the documentation again. I've sent the documentation again via email and had no response again. I will try once again tomorrow and if I have no joy I will have to complain through the gambling commission. I strongly advise not using this bookmaker/casino as you will struggle to withdraw any potential winnings if you can withdraw them at all!
