I have sent multiple emails with all my details to verify my account and had no reply at all. I have tried to withdraw and they won’t process it. I have been on chat with them and they just keep saying they will send my queries to the relevant department. It is very concerning that there are more reviews of people saying the same thing hopefully it gets sorted but I highly doubt it.
