Almost two months ago, I bought two watches. Firstable they were sent to me without their boxes, and one of them wasn't the exact color and strap I'd purchased, but since I liked it, I didn't say anything. A few days later, one of them fell off my wrist because the piece that attaches the strap to the case broke. Fortunately, the watch didn't break when it fell. I emailed customer service, and they replied that they would forward it to their service department. They told me to be patient. The breakage was due to a manufacturing defect or poor quality material. I even told them I was willing to buy another strap. The problem is that this watch doesn't accept any other type of strap. On September 1st I sent another email asking for a refund but they have not answered. Today is september 17th, and I have no news about it. The haven't answered me or given me a solution. The problem is I can't wear my watch because one of the strap's pieces can't be attached. If they don't replace it, I've lost 100 euros I paid for it. The Beringtime website says the watches have a three-year warranty and that the material is high-quality. THAT'S NOT TRUE. They don't even answer. First, they sent me the watches without their boxes (thank goodness they were not a gift for anyone but for myself). Then, one of the watches didn't come with the color or strap I chose, but I kept it because it was beautiful. Finally, in just a week, a part broke, and I couldn't get a solution. DO NOT BUY FROM BERINGTIME. They're not a reputable company, and if there's a problem with the watch, they don't offer a solution.
