Review Time
I bought a lovely watch for my partner, but it doesn't fit her small wrist. It won't adjust small enough, making it too big. I rarely have this issue with other brands... disappointing! The watch was intended as a Christmas gift a few months ago, so I can't return it. This will be my last purchase here; next time, I’ll choose a different brand!
I requested to cancel my order via email and their website form since I couldn't reach them by phone. Despite this, they still sent my order and did not respond to my email. So far, I haven't received my order, and the delivery service claims the address is incorrect. I can't get in touch with either the company or the delivery service, so it seems I've lost my money...
I was initially pleased with my purchase of a solar watch. It was stylish and efficient. However, after just two years, it completely stopped working. I tried all recommended solutions and reached out to customer service, but only received a reply in a different language, and nothing more.
In my opinion, this brand creates fantastic watches with impressive designs, including ceramic, solar, and titanium models featuring sapphire crystals and reliable movements. What stands out is how durable and well-crafted these thin watches are, comparable only to much higher-end brands.
UPDATE: After receiving a generic response, there has been absolutely no follow-up. I’m now contacting my bank for a chargeback! The company makes beautiful watches, but their customer service is severely lacking. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. I ordered a watch as a gift and received the wrong color. After contacting support, I was told to reorder, with the promise of a return label for the incorrect item, which was never sent. The second watch also arrived in the wrong color. I reached out again and was promised an update that never came. This is the third time I've been left without a response. I understand mistakes happen, but how a company addresses them is crucial, and unfortunately, they have failed. I am now stuck with two mistaken purchases, no return labels, and no resolution for a gift that is still unresolved. I genuinely love their designs and would have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I won't order again unless this is properly addressed. I expect: • Return labels for both incorrect watches • A full, immediate refund • A response from someone who can actually resolve this. I hope the company takes this seriously and contacts me to rectify the situation.
