The product itself finally arrived and it seems fine, and they even included a small keychain as a gift.However, the buying experience was unnecessarily stressful. After placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation email or shipping information. When I checked my account on the website, it even showed that I had no orders in progress. I had to contact customer service several times to understand what was happening.Eventually they explained that shipments were delayed due to the Chinese New Year holiday, but this information was not clearly communicated when I placed the order. Customers should be informed about such delays beforehand.After multiple emails and even considering contacting my bank, they finally provided a tracking number and the package arrived.So in the end the product arrived, but the lack of communication and transparency made the experience much worse than it should have been.
