I ordered a 22 mm BERNY silicone watch strap on February 9. The product itself finally arrived and it seems fine, and they even included a small keychain as a gift.
However, the buying experience was unnecessarily stressful. After placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation email or shipping information. When I checked my account on the website, it even showed that I had no orders in progress. I had to contact customer service several times to understand what was happening.
Eventually they explained that shipments were delayed due to the Chinese New Year holiday, but this information was not clearly communicated when I placed the order. Customers should be informed about such delays beforehand.
After multiple emails and even considering contacting my bank, they finally provided a tracking number and the package arrived.
So in the end the product arrived, but the lack of communication and transparency made the experience much worse than it should have been.

I have never had a worse shopping experience than with Berny Watch.I bought this watch as a very meaningful gift for a loved one. Right out of the box, it had issues: the watch ran inaccurately, and the strap started peeling off after just a few days of use. It was truly embarrassing to give such a defective gift to someone.I contacted Berny Watch for support. They promised to send a replacement, but weeks went by with complete silence. I asked for a tracking number, no response. I requested a return satchel as per consumer protection laws, and again, no reply at all.Berny Watch sells faulty products and shows zero respect for customers. Do not be fooled by their polished advertising. Once they have your money, you are on your own with a broken product.If you are thinking about buying Berny Watch as a gift, think again. Your meaningful present could turn into worthless junk, and you’ll be left with nothing but frustration and silence.Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from Berny Watch.
Returned a watch immediately after delivery due to very poor luminescence and being nothing like the photos on their website.This was SIX weeks ago and I'm having to chase them for a refund.I spoke with customer service and they accepted my return... Giving me a UK address to send it to. Which I did, recorded delivery. Have now had to raise a claim with natwest.Absolutely appalling service. If you're going to buy a Berny... Buy it through Ali Express as they seem to know what they're doing.
Ordered a diver watch from the official BERNY store on AliExpress. It was dispatched the following day and arrived in the UK within a couple of days which was impressive.The watch is fantastic, I have a lot of watches, many costing much more, but the quality is easily up there with my more expensive pieces. The dispatch time, communication from BERNY and tracking information were all excellent.Very happy with the watch and wouldn't hesitate to buy another watch from BERNY.
I received this as a very thoughtful gift from my parents.Watch was DOA. Clock hands run slow, no matter how many times they are calibrated.They promised to send a new one, however I am still yet to receive it weeks later and when I ask for a tracking number I get radio silence.At one point they asked me to return it, I asked for a return satchel (as is the law for warranty returns in Australia under ACL), and again, radio silence.So if you want to get scammed into buying a broken watch and not be able to get your money back - or worse if you're like me and it was a gift they can't even COMPREHEND the fact that the gift giver might live THOUSANDS of KM away from where YOU are.Waste of money.
The watch looks absolutely amazing, just how I imagined it would be. The quality is very very good and everything is on point. I got the Women Quartz square gold watch and it is so dainty and pretty down to the smallest detail. Not to mention, the price is great and low for such a good quality watch. It is the perfect watch and I love it so much. I would definitely recommend it.
