My Mother’s Day box of chocolate strawberries arrived opened with box opened and strawberries smashed and chocolate melted. After hours on hold with many attempts to reach customer service, I tried to utilize their Chat format. That was a waste of time and frustration. They make you believe it’s a live person responding, but it’s actually an automated questions with no one on the other side caring about the problem.
