I had a great experience with Berry Helsinki. The product quality is excellent and the delivery was fast and well organized. The communication was clear and friendly. I’m very satisfied and would definitely order here again. Highly recommended!
Don’t order from this company. 1. The quality is horrible. No buttery soft fabrics but smelly cheap shiny Chinese quality 2. The return procedure is impossible. You have to pay for the return label yourself, which is then immediately shipped to a pickup point in stead of the given address and never picked up. Conclusion: don’t do it. There are so many more qualitative and cheaper options on the market
The package took a long time to arrive and when I finally got it, it turned out the original sender is somebody from AliExpress, so I did a quick search on AliExpress and found the original seller with the exact same products and even same model pictures, but the price was about 3x cheaper than what I paid. As this is a cheap Chinese product the quality is also poor. Absolute scam.
I placed an order and discovered a few hours later that they were dropshippers, selling the same product and image on Aliexpress for $15. I immediately sent an email asking if I could cancel the order, claiming the size wasn't right. The response was: "No problem, just send me the other size." I then said, "No, please cancel," and after that, I received no response. They immediately sent the package. Now I have the one from Aliexpress and Berry, and it's the exact same suit. They're top-notch scammers.
I don't even want to give this company one star to be honest. Absolutely terrible. I ordered two jumpsuits and wanted to return one. I contacted the customer service team by email. They emailed me the returns procedure and where to send the item.I followed everything and sent it to the correct address , it costs me fifteen pounds to send it back. I have now contacted them as I haven't had a refund.They informed me the item has gone to a pickup point rather than their warehouse, and I would need to contact my carrier to get it redirected, which is completely ridiculous as I live in the UK and the item were sent to Finland they also want me to pay my money for them to get it rerouted to them.I am absolutely appalled at their customer service.It really is shocking. I feel like I have been defrauded. Avoid Avoid!!!!
