I place an order on the 25th of January and I received an order confirmation, when I tried to track my order, it didn’t show on my profile. I called and got a very lousy answer, that my order is ready to be shipped however not an answer as to why can’t I track my order.
Their customer service team is very useless and they do t care. Even today I haven’t received my order and no updates.
I sent them a WhatsApp and the answer I got was that it has been escaped to the couriers
Mr Price Home does not deliver items ordered online. Non delivery results in you trying to get a refund, with no response from them. This is theft, do not order from them online. Read the ample customer reviews about missing items from Mr Price Home.
Mr Price uses a Courier that is extremely slow. If you are someone who regularly buys something online, it would be better if buy somewhere else as they will let you wait for weeks on end to get your goods.
I called in to query a few things relating to account creation. The advisor by the name of Carlyle was outstanding. He was friendly, patient and understanding. He assisted me promptly and efficiently. I too work in customer services,so I know what it's like on a daily bases dealing with different types of customers. And as a new customer I'm extremely happy with with the start of my Mr Price journey due to Carlyle. I hope this post is seen and he gets the recognition. Keep doing what you doing.
I’ve always loved this Mr Price branch in Somerset West, Cape Town, South Africa it’s located outside the busy mall, is usually less crowded, and easy to navigate. That’s why it was so disappointing during my recent visit to experience such unprofessional behaviour from some of the staff.While browsing with a friend visiting from out of town, one staff member shouted loudly across the store while having a full-blown conversation with another employee. It was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional. I even had to ask her to lower her voice as it made the environment unpleasant.What really concerns me though, is that whenever you need assistance, it’s nearly impossible to find a staff member willing or available to help. If you’re looking for something specific, you often end up walking around the store searching for someone.Good customer service makes all the difference — it creates a pleasant shopping experience and encourages customers to return. Excellent service doesn’t just benefit the customer, it benefits the business too. Happy customers equal repeat customers, which equals profit.Management should seriously invest in better staff training and set clear expectations around both customer interaction and workplace conduct . This store has great potential, but without proper service and professionalism, it risks losing loyal shoppers like myself.
