Not happy with the fact the company misleads and hides information that everything is shipped from China, not EU warehouses - not a single note about that on the website. Found the identical pieces on Temu - compared all stitches, and it's an absolute match, but 5 times cheaper. Returning the item is followed by the urge to pay for the shipping - which is crazy because this is due to false advertising, not a mistake done by the client where he needs to exchange the good. Thankful for the team to reply to the emails, but apart from that, there was no actual solution proposed that would feel fair.
I couldn’t find any public information about this company in Finnish business registries. My order was shipped from China, and the cancellation and return process felt somewhat complicated. I also noticed that some negative reviews seem to get flagged or removed. I’d suggest checking details carefully before ordering.
I ordered two sets from Berry Helsinky and overall had a positive experience. The items arrived in good condition with soft, non-see-through fabric and very nice colors. I do wish the top on the set had slightly more fabric, but the quality is good. Shipping was slower than expected (Sept 9 to Sept 29), though the package arrived safely.Although the brand name suggests Helsinki, the products are shipped from China, which I anticipated and had no problem with.Each item came in individual resealable bags—one with the company’s branding and one plain—and both included care instructions, which I appreciated. Prices could be a little more affordable, but overall, I am satisfied and would order again.
