Ordered a bouquet for my daughter's 12th birthday. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I finally received it, the fruit was wet and unappetizing. After filing a complaint, I was told a replacement would be sent, but it was again delivered to the wrong address. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using this service again.
