Beware of poor customer service! The order did not meet expectations, and the fruit was spoiled. I raised a complaint and was offered a £15 refund, but despite multiple emails and requests, I still haven't received it. The online chat is unresponsive as well! This retailer is completely unreliable—exercise caution with this vendor. UPDATE - As a gesture, the vendor has now processed a £25 refund and provided proof.

Very let down.

Very let down. It was supposed to be delivered on November 15th for a birthday, but it actually arrived on the 19th, and the fruit was spoiled. I would not recommend or use this service again.

Exceptional customer service!

Exceptional, prompt, and responsive service eager to find a solution! I initially placed an order that was delivered to the wrong address (despite entering a different shipping address). The service did their due diligence and sent an email confirmation ahead of the delivery. We reached an amicable resolution. Grateful! Would absolutely use again! 😊

Disappointing experience with the fruit...

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter's 12th birthday. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I finally received it, the fruit was wet and unappetizing. After filing a complaint, I was told a replacement would be sent, but it was again delivered to the wrong address. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using this service again.
