Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a gift for a special two-year anniversary, and it completely ruined the occasion. The delivery was three days late, the packaging was a disaster, and the strawberries were mouldy. This reflects a complete disregard for product quality and customer service. Although they eventually refunded me, the damage was already done. Do not trust them with your special moments.
