I paid £110.98 including delivery for a large celebration bouquet. I wish I could post a photo here of the item delivered. It looked nothing like the website photo. DPD delivered to Edinburgh and the unimpressive finished product wasn't helped by arriving a little battered with some fruit sticks having fallen out within the plastic presentation cover. When I complained, the Company did offer to give me a free item next time but I decided not to take them up on the offer. I really cannot trust that he next celebration will be any better. I might have been convinced to use their service again had they taken the time to explain what went wrong but I received a standard response which could well have been cut & pasted from any other complaint.
