I ordered a berry bouquet for my daughters birthday , it didn’t arrive on the day of her birthday and when it did finally arrive it was bruised and battered and I would have expected more fruit for a large bouquet . The only way you can complain is by email . Shabby service , send flowers insteadI tried contacting you while this was all going in but got the same email 3 times . Contacting you now is a bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted !
