I would give Zero Stars. Paid £41 for bouquet. Apparently refused by my friend..gift addressed to a Kathy..refused by someone called Gareth. The proof of this is dubious. I tried to contact Berry Bouquets as soon as I got notification from DPD of this refusal. However the advertised text no and landline telephone numbers do not work, you just get a message saying that this number does not receive calls. I couldn't see a link to WhatsApp on the website but I have suggested that this would be a good idea. You can only email this company to complain to a nameless individual who signs emails Berry Bouquets. The emails I received following my last review were unpleasant to say the least. Please be aware, as there is no mention on the website, that if there is a delivery issue they will not contact you and they won't redeliver your shipment as it contains perishable goods. I have been refused a refund unless I remove my 1 star review and as I informed them I do not need a replacement as I had to buy some flowers which were delivered, thank goodness for Interflora. I can see from the reviews that I am not the only person who has been disappointed.
