I had ordered a fruit bouque to be delivered to the hotel where we were having our event as a gift for the person that had put on the whole thing. Unfortunatly the bouque never arrived. I did get in touch with the company and they did refund me and also are sending out the fruit bouque directly to my freinds home. While I was very disapointed it never showed up on the day I had ordered it for the company did make it right in the end. Thank you for turning what could have been a very bad expereince into doing what is right for the customer.
