Amazing customer service!! I am in the States sending gifts to Granddaughters in the UK. One got delivered right on time.One wasn’t received and I found out I put the wrong delivery date on hers. They immediately fixed it and were gracious and professional. Even though it was 3 am their time when we were conversing! Amazing. 😘
