Delivery was booked for a specific date. Delivery to Northern Ireland was £25. I was told after ordering that it wouldn't arrive on the Saturday as needed (anniversary gift) but the following Tuesday. On Monday I then receive an email stating it would be Wednesday instead, due to a bank holiday. "Bouquet" arrived today and I'm shocked by the photos I was shown. Paid for a large and it's tiny, nothing like I expected. Expensive, small and late and the fruit looks overly ripe. Embarrassed that this was sent as a gift. Company made zero effort to remedy the delivery issues. Bouquet is pathetic. I've used American fruit basket delivery services, this is nothing like that.
