I received a bouquet from you for my birthday on 15/04/24 that was ordered by a 93 year old friend. The condition was such, that nothing was edible. The strawberries had furry mould over them. The juice from them had run through, turning the pineapple pink and the chocolate was turning white in places. Even the cabbage chosen as a base was yellow. After trying to phone you and being informed you were too busy to talk to me I sent the first of my e mails to you attaching photos clearly showing the poor condition of the bouquet. I would estimate that, going by the state of it, it was assembled at least 5 days before I received it. I have since tried to contact you by phone and being told your still too busy and by e mail, but have not had any response from you whatsoever. I'm sure the photos are proof that I am not exaggerating. I therefore think a full refund should be made, not to me, but to my friend who placed the order with you.
