Disappointing and upsetting

Placed order by phone as I was having issues with my Internet. Took several attempts to make contact with them. Ordered five bouquets as Christmas gifts for friends. Initially they were helpful with the order and tried to be reassuring about the delivery . I did have my reservations. Originally I was told they could deliver on the 23rd but then they said the 21 or 22nd.They offered a free upgrade for an early delivery but I don’t think this was honoured. .They contacted me on the day of delivery to advise that errors had been made. I tried to call them back but there was no answer. They advised me that they had delivered early to someone who was not at home. That person actually received a delivery for someone else/another friend! wrong name on wrong box/wrong address. wrong day! In a nutshell my order was stuffed up so I told them I was not happy. In fact I told them I was angry! They then accused me of being a horrible horrible person. Following on from that they called me evil. they said I had been bombarding them with abuse!? They then blocked me . It wasn’t abuse I was just very disappointed with the service I said I was going to do a review and I guess they knew I was not be happy about the service I received. After speaking with my friends about the deliveries …There was no name on the outside of one of the other packages. And it was left on a front doorstep. (I don’t call that safe! Better instructions need to be given/followed by the courier. )One delivery did not arrive until the 24th unfortunately. The fruit was squashed and inedible when it arrived. I do have images of the fruits/bouquets that were delivered. To be honest they do not really look much like the images online. Very disappointing.Not good value for money.Overall it was extremely stressful. I found the company very very unprofessional I find them quite argumentative too. I do not wish to reorder with them ever again! Overall it was a disappointing experience and I think the company need to remember’ The customer is always right‘ motto. Instead of arguing with customers. I would be happy for them to post any of my comments online as they threatened to do. I am not horrible or evil! On the contrary paying for five bouquets of fruits for friends …Quite an unpleasant experience to be honest. Never again.…you said you would be willing to post my comments or send my comments to the recipients. You know full well I did not abuse you!! I gave you the benefit of the doubt having read other customers negative reviews. And as explained I am not good with computers. My comment” “let’s see what happens tomorrow” Directly referred to whether or not you were going to honour the order the following day. That was all!!What on earth did you think???I don’t understand why this company are still arguing with me. I did not abuse them. Online reviews are intended for other customers to see what kind of service they may get. Based on my experience I would highly recommend that nobody purchases from this company. It seems that everyone is just argumentative! I have seen the backchat you have given other negative reviews. It really is not helpful for your business. Now please leave me alone I don’t want any more responses from berry bouquets company.I AM NOT A LIAR!!! My friend Linda‘s name was on the box for Jim!! He told me he did not open the first box because it had Linda‘s name on it. He also asked me if I wanted him to deliver it to Linda!! So don’t you dare accuse me of being a liar… I think you will find it is you that is not telling the truth..Please!! Yes it is Christmas day leave me alone. It has been a horrible experience all round and I do not appreciate you coming back at me when I have taken the time to do a review.I have some images of the battered fruit that arrived at my friend Linda‘s house yesterday. When I can work out how to upload it I will!! It was shameful. It was rotten and battered… Please don’t blame DPD. I blame companies who are greedy at Christmas and take on too many orders.
