Wouldn’t order again due to poor customer service.I ordered at 11am on a Friday for next day delivery (promoted on their site when you order by 3pm) - I needed a next day solution for a friend’s birthday. The item didn’t arrive until Monday. When I queried it they thought it should have been there on Sun but it should have been Sat as I ordered by 11am on the Fri. Delivery timescales are important when ordering for gifts and this just isn’t reliable. They said they’d look into what went wrong but 3 weeks later I’d heard nothing. I chased them up and they offered me a 50% discount. I said I didn’t need that but would appreciate a refund of the delivery charge as I paid for a service I didn’t get. It has been a week and again, nothing. I’ve given them every opportunity to make this right - even an acknowledgment of the problem, an explanation and an apology would be fine but nothing so I won’t order again. I think they’re manipulative because they promote a delivery timescale before ordering which isn’t guaranteed after the order is placed. Not good.
