I ordered a bouquet for my husbands birthday, they could not deliver it on the date even though it was on the receipt that they would, so I cancelled the order, this is 2 weeks later chasing them with emails which are not replied too, they haven't given me my refund so thats is £50 lost. I asked them for at least a courtesy email in reply but nothing. Finally i received a reply,they said that they had tecnical difficulties. the lady was really apologetic and gave me my refund and sent a beautiful bouquet as an apology. Thank you
