My first time ordering with Berry Bouquets and I have been delighted with the service, presentation and quality of the fruit. My order was a birthday gift (Berrylicious) and requested to be delivered to a separate address, on the day of the birthday which happens to be 2 days before Mothers Day, a busy time for this type of business. Ordering was easy and simple, with email communication efficient and informative. I was contacted by BB suggesting delivery would be the day before I had asked for, to ensure it was received in time for the birthday date. I was happy with this approach, due to the busy time of year, and who doesn't like receiving a birthday gift the day before!I ordered the small size and have received such positive feedback on the quantity and quality of the fruit, being ample for two+ people and the smaller size not affecting the impact and presentation in anyway. The quality of the fruit was on point and fresh, flavour exceptional (especially the strawberries which are always hard to find flavoursome out of season) and it had all been kept chilled during transportation. The packaging was very protective and ensured the presentation of the basket was kept. Thank you Berry Bouquets for your service and arranging delivery to ensure a delightful birthday was had.
