Extremely disappointing. The bouquet I ordered as a gift looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered from the website, it was a cheap replacement. I complained and was told "We sent out an alternative design with the same fruits as the star bouquet which we feel Looks just as nice. Please bear in mind we are very busy and we do state that the designs can change depending on availability. We also state pots and baskets are used and can vary as we have a weekly delivery of new stock. " In other words, Berry Bouquet can send out exactly what they want, regardless of what you order and pay for. Buyers be aware. I was offered a £7 off my next purchase (I paid around £40 for the bouquet!) or for a driver to collect it. I was too embarrassed to put the recipient through that ordeal. Would never order again.
