I have travelled on Berrys for over 25 years but something seems to have gone horribly wrong recently ! On my trip going there was no Wfi again and the driver because we were late threatened to stop to rest for 40 mins. And now going back we stopped for 20 mins because the air conditioning was not working. Then the driver thought he had lost some customers so we were 35 mins late. This also all happened last summer so clearly no lessons learnt. Finally there is now no refreshments on the coach or a possibility to pay in cash. I am really sad to say I will not be travelling on Berrys anymore !
