I love this service! The people running it are so friendly - the driver, the conductor, and everyone I’ve spoken to in their office. It has a very local feel to it. The phone gets answered by a real person. Wincanton is the last stop before London, so for us it’s a direct service. Toilets and snacks on board. Comfortable seats. Just as quick as the train. The company inspires a kind of sweet loyalty to it by locals. Love it!
